When Tokki was opened up to have the abscess cleaned out,
the vet diagnosed Tokki with pseudomonas.
The vet found cysts all throughout her little body, her lungs, throat,
and invading her muscles. The pseudomonas
were not going to give Tokki a chance.
Mom and I were crushed with the news, shocked, devastated, and our whole
world was turned upside down. Our hearts
weep for Tokki. She was our fearless
baby.
God loved Tokki so much, she needed to go home to be with
Jesus and dance with Ziggy once again.
The house is so very empty without her.
We brought Tokki’s body back home and into the bunny room for Nico,
Piper, and Yoshi to say goodbye to her.
It was sad to watch them and it has been difficult not to see her
beautiful self; however, we know in our hearts she was not in pain and now she
is with the Father.
Please kiss your bunnies for us tonight. One minute they are binkying and the next
they are gone. Tokki always enjoyed
being in high places. Now she is in the
Highest Place she could be…in Heaven.
“It is time for me to go to rest; I offer the
world my very best.
It is time to say to
all goodbye; going home to the place in the sky.
I know you are sad, I
too am sad; very soon I will be filled with glad.
I am home with Jesus
Christ; you know there is nothing better than that
I will be waiting for
you all to say not goodbye
But find your way to
Heaven our home in the sky.”

oh, mom and dad, I loved Tokki. I loved hearing about her bravery and I loved seeing her beautiful little face and her bright twinkling eyes. She was my favorite Two Bunny Blog bunny. Thank you for sharing her life with us, and letting us know that she is with her Maker now. All the angels must have little chew holes in all their robes from so many of God's most meek and humble creatures running around and doing binkies in Heaven. They are playing their little trickster games on the Saints and entertaining our Lord with their silliness and antics. Now He has His brave little Tokki beside him.
